Presidential Pardon Limitation

a. Absolute prohibition on pardoning self or first-degree family members.

b. Cannot pardon individuals who have violently targeted the two other branches of government (i.e. the judiciary or the congressional branch).

c. Vice-president if rising to the office of President shall not be able to pardon individuals including the former president, if he/she were a party of the criminal actions.
