a. Individuals older than 65 years of age are not qualified to run for office of presidency.
b. Presidential secession does NOT allow individuals older than 69 to serve as president and would be required to resign by age 70.
c. If presidential successor is over the allowed age, succession of office would proceed according the hierarchy of the 25th amendment until the expiration of the original presidential term.
d. Congress will propose a mechanism for independent neuropsychiatric assessments of all presidents over age 60. This will be done yearly at a minimum. This will be done outside of the military health system and detailed reports will be released to congress as well as the vice-president and cabinet.
The president may be removed by congress for cognitive disability (Majority vote) by the House and confirmation by a 2/3 vote of the US senate.
The vice-president and the Presidential cabinet may exercise the 25th amendment based on the neuropsychiatric report.
