1.) Oligarch Reduction Amendment

  1. All contributions to federal elections can only be made by individuals, not by corporations, political action committees etc. There is a maximum of $2000/per individual per candidate per election and this also includes the value of goods and services donated. Congress shall have the right to adjust this amount every 10 years, but the amount will remain nominal to prevent undue influence.

  2. Corporations, Political Action Committees, or political groups will not be able to donate to individuals to indirectly fund donations.

  3. TV/media will be provided free of charge for Federal/State and Local elections. This will be allocated in a non-partisan fashion established by congress.

  4. There may be an additional Maximum of $2000 unrestricted donation to only ONE party. This would be limited also to $2000 per contributor per year.

  5. Donations to other causes that support a specific candidate: Inauguration fund, legal defense fund, etc. will not exceed the maximum $2000.00 to the candidate.

  6. Individuals seeking federal office will need to make public all personal and business tax records.

  7. Individuals cannot donate more than $20,000 to their own campaign for a federal office. Congress may adjust this amount every 10 years, but amount will remain limited to prevent significant advantages for those with high personal wealth
