Limitations of Military on US Soil

1.) Limitations of Presidential use of US troops on US Soil:

1. Nationalization of a state’s national guard in opposition to the governor can only take place if 2/3 of both houses of congress agree with the President

2. US Military deployed on US SOIL for any law enforcement activity, quashing rebellion or preventing insurrection requires 2/3 vote of both houses congress. Such deployments shall be limited and require renewal every 30 days.

3. Other groups of volunteers or militias created ad hoc by the President or executive branch shall have the same limitations
